After serving for 10 years (2008–2018) as Category Manager for Electronics, PC, and Sports & Outdoors at Amazon Japan, he became Country Manager for NetEase Kaola (China cross-border e-commerce) in 2018.
In 2019, he founded Picaro Inc. to support leading Japanese brands in expanding their Amazon business both domestically and globally.
He has also served as Japan Lead at Berlin Brands Group, lecturer for JETRO’s U.S. Amazon Japan Store program, and advisor to multiple Amazon-related companies, including Forest Inc. and Fast Trade Inc.
Tommy leads Global Selling & Partnerships at Picaro, his team helps U.S. and EU-based brands successfully enter and scale on Amazon Japan.
